Cheese: Every bite of this globally celebrated cuisine carries with it a rich tapestry of unique cultural traditions and celebrations. It's as if this delicious medium is woven into the fabric of our daily lives, and yet we spend our time preoccupied with small things. It's time we shift our focus. It’s time to bring attention to a tool worth exploring.

This two-part installation invites viewers to enter an environment dedicated to our almighty muse. Housed inside is a series of photo books titled "Cheese With Weird Spots At Weird Spots," which documents a photo series of nine different cheeses as they find themselves amongst the unexpected. Welcome to the cheese diaspora, where every slice tells a story, and every bite leaves us wanting more.
